Return and Exchange Policy

Product Appreciation Period
Except for perishable items or items with short expiration dates (which are nearing expiry upon return/cancellation), such as food products, custom-made items, etc., which are not subject to the "Guidelines for Reasonable Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal in Distance Transactions," excepted from the 7-day product appreciation period, you have a 7-day product appreciation period (including holidays) starting from the arrival of the product.
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide information such as your "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Product Name for Return," "Reason for Return, and Photos." After receiving this information, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

Return and Exchange Notices
Returned items must be unused and free from any damage or defects caused by human error. The 7-day product appreciation period guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Law is provided for you to consider and confirm if the product meets your needs, not for product trials. If this store has informed you, please keep the original packaging (including the outer packaging box). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

The following cases CANNOT be accepted for return:

Products beyond the 7-day product appreciation period.
Products that have been opened and used, or damaged due to human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, damages, wear and tear, scratches, dirt, etc.
Returned items with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
Malicious or bulk returns.

Return Process
Contact customer service → Confirm exchange availability → Prepare complete product and invoice → Provide receiving time, contact information, and address → Recollection will be handled by the logistics service appointed by us.

Refund Instructions
For credit card payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund amount will be directly credited to the original credit card account.
For ATM transfers and cash on delivery payments: After confirming the successful return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account you provided.
